From Digital Visionaries to Technology SME of the Year, our categories are designed to accommodate diverse organizations committed to implementing and utilizing technology within the built environment. This diversity is intentional, aiming to empower key players and contributors in the industry.

People Awards

Digital Visionary of the Year

This category aims to recognise leaders (Director and above) who are pioneers and role models driving the adoption of technology and/or delivering a complex project in the region using state of the art technology and processes.

This category is open to nominations from individuals working in government, development firms, consultants, contractors, operators, specialists and suppliers. A strong nomination will highlight the individual’s exemplary performance in the 12 months leading up to the awards, and why they deserve to win. Nominations should demonstrate how the person: advocated for new and advanced technology or solutions; spearheaded new digital initiatives, and influenced the industry on a key issue. Signed or stamped testimonials from peers that are less than 12 months old will significantly strengthen a nomination.

People Awards

Digital Team of the Year

With more emphasis on digital delivery in the built environment, this category aims to recognise teams across the region that are enabling the digital transformation of an entire organisation or are responsible for driving the digital delivery of projects.

Teams from government organisations, development firms, consultants, contractors, operators, specialists and suppliers are encouraged to nominate and explain (in the 12 months leading up to the awards): why they deserve to win; what they did as a team to achieve a defined goal; how they collaborated with each other and other stakeholders; the performance the team achieved, and outline any commendations the team has received. Signed or stamped testimonials can add significant weight to a nomination, as long as they are less than 12 months old.

Company Awards

Digital Construction Innovator of the Year

Celebrates companies that have pushed the envelope and developed or adapted technologies that have enabled the firm to achieve specific or broader goals (health and safety, sustainability, delivery etc).

This category is open to nominations from government organisations, development firms, consultants, contractors, operators, specialists and suppliers. A strong nomination will highlight: why the company deserves to win the award; evidence of genuine innovation and how goals and objectives were achieved, and data highlighting the difference that was tracked in the aftermath. Signed or stamped testimonials advocating for the company that are less than 12 months old will significantly strengthen a nomination.

Company Awards

Construction Software Provider of the Year

The category recognises a software provider that has enabled construction companies to significantly improve their operations or the delivery of projects, through the use of cutting edge software (project management software, BIM applications, building management software etc).

A strong nomination will include: why the software in question deserves to win; what makes the software unique in the market; how it enables better project delivery or enables an asset to be operated more efficiently, and how the solution provider supports a company once it has purchased the software in question. A strong nomination should include signed/stamped testimonials from clients who have used the software (only testimonials less than 12 months old will be considered).

Company Awards

Technology SME of the Year

Celebrates a home-grown small and medium enterprise (SME) that has established itself as a respectable and dependable construction technology solution provider in India.

A nomination should include: why the SME deserves to win; how it has worked with its clients to deploy technology to achieve goals and objectives; how it has supported its client once the client has begun using the new systems or technology (post sales support), and data highlighting gains after integrating technology. Signed/stamped testimonials from clients who have worked with the SME in the 12 months leading up to the awards will significantly strengthen a company’s nomination.

Company Awards

Digital Contractor of the Year

Celebrates a contractor that has successfully utilised technology across its operations and projects to operate and deliver projects efficiently and boost quality. This category is open to nominations from contractors across India only.

A nomination should include: why the contractor deserves to win; how technology is being used to enhance operations, efficiency, health and safety and sustainability, and data highlighting gains after integrating technology. Signed/stamped testimonials from clients who have worked with the contractor highlighting their technological prowess in the 12 months leading up to the awards will significantly strengthen a company’s nomination.

Project Awards

Digital Construction Project of the Year – Building

This category aims to recognise a building project that was successfully delivered and/or is managed using an array of digital technologies and processes to achieve KPIs and excellence. Judges will consider projects that have been handed over and/or begun operations in the 12 months leading up to the awards only.

This category is open to nominations from government organisations, development firms, consultants, contractors, operators, and specialists. A strong nomination will highlight how project success was achieved using technology or processes or, if your nomination is about the operations of a building, highlight how the asset is being operated efficiently and more sustainably as a result of a building management system or digital processes. Data or signed/stamped testimonials from peers that are less than 12 months old will significantly strengthen a nomination.

Project Awards

Digital Construction Project of the Year – Infrastructure

This category recognises an infrastructure project that was successfully delivered and/or is managed using an array of digital technologies and processes to achieve KPIs and excellence. Judges will consider projects that have been handed over and/or begun operations in the 12 months leading up to the awards only.

This category is open to nominations from government organisations, development firms, consultants, contractors, operators, and specialists. A strong nomination will highlight how project success was achieved using technology or processes or, if your nomination is about the operations of an infrastructure project, explain how the asset is being operated efficiently and more sustainably as a result of a technology or digital processes. Data or signed/stamped testimonials from peers that are less than 12 months old will significantly strengthen a nomination.
